根據稍早RGG工作室的公告，《人中之龍7》將於2021年3月2日登陸PS5平台，已經擁有PS4數位版《人中之龍7》的玩家可以免費升級為PS5版。玩家也可以選擇單獨購買《人中之龍7》的PS5版本，售價59.99美元。
